Today we collected a bunch of decorations in preparation for our interactive screening on the Wednesday the 19th. I worked on a questionnaire for everyone to fill out after our interactive screening has finished. This has to be kept short and sweet because we want to collect useful information in order to help us with our research report as best as possible. I also created a room design plan to give us a head start on the day so we know where everything is planned to go and so we ensure we have everything we need.

Together we have decided how we are going to spread out the budget. We began by getting some necessities today, drinks and sweets. For our snack table.. we will come up with the names to go on the package labels this week so we can relate the labels to the film making it more interactive and ensuring everything relates back to our film of choice.

Reflection

Our aim is to make sure we are not rushed with time, we are doing this by each having separate roles and individual responsibilities so that when we come together everything will run smoothly because we are taking a productive approach and evening out the work load to have the best end results on the day.
