19th November 2018 - Screening Evidence

It was our interactive screening day!! I came in at 12pm to help with room design, we all contributed £5 to go towards production management, we made a plan so that we each had individual roles, when we all came together it was all completed and ready for today the 19th in the most efficient way.

Reflection

I think its safe to say it was a successful day today. Everyone came together and helped out and we were able to host a productive interactive screening. The feedback we received was mainly positive. I was in charge of the questionnaire everyone fills in after they leave our screening, this was a way in getting everyone feedback, positive or negative, to help us when writing our report. To make sure everyone did our questionnaire and it was not seen as boring i bought candy canes and stuck them to each individual piece of paper so that it made it more interactive and fun. This went down well and people seemed to like the idea which was good.

The green screen also went particularly well and made the screening more interactive, it allowed them to have something to keep from the experience. During the screening we also covered them all in tinsel during a tense Christmas themed scene. A lot of people fed back to us saying 'it was a good laugh'
